How do I return my products to Power Arc Ignitions?

Before returning a product I agree to work with and communicate with Power Arc Ignitions to attempt to resolve any problems.  Most problems are due to installation errors or are due to problems with the customers equipment.  Click here to go to the troubleshooting guide.

All returns for warranty or refund must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Without this number we cannot accept the merchandise.  In order to get an RMA number fill out the online RMA request form.  We will then process your request for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

All returns whether for warranty or refund must include a copy of the original invoice with the returned item or items.

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that adequate insurance coverage is secured from the courier company when sending the product back. Power Arc will not be held liable for any damaged product received.

You will need to supply us with a detailed explanation of why the item is being returned, your invoice number, your name, your address and your phone number.

If you request a replacement for a defective product and the product is found to be defective, in accordance with the terms of the warranty, we will process and ship your replacement if approved after we have received your returned product and it has been tested.   If the product is not defective there will be a $35.00 testing and shipping charge (additional shipping charges may apply if outside of continental United States) if you want the product  returned.  Please be sure the product is defective before returning.  Refer to the troubleshooting section of the website and follow the procedures before returning any Power Arc product.

Please note that all returns for cash refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping is not refundable.  All returns for cash must be made within 30 days from the date the product was delivered. Returns for cash refund requested more than 30 days after the product is shipped will not be accepted.  If the product is altered or damaged in anyway from its original form a refund will not be issued. There are no returns of products for cash refund once the item has been installed or operated. Items must be in its original packaging, in new condition, with all manuals and accessories that were provided. Failure to include such items will invalidate the RMA number issued and the product will be returned at customer's expense. The package must be sent back to us with a carrier that can provide a tracking number. This is a must for verification purposes.
